Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the supply chain mapping platform and related services (the Services") provided by Make Sure I Know It through the website available at makesureiknowit.com (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Make Sure I Know It maps the global supply chain of companies — their customers, manufacturers, materials suppliers, and equipment suppliers — and presents this information as an interactive dashboard. Companies are represented using generated geometric icons rather than official logos.

Some features, such as requesting a map or submitting feedback, may require an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account, and for providing accurate information when registering or submitting content.

You agree not to:

• scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the Platform other than through a published API;
• misrepresent your affiliation with any company shown on the Platform;
• use the Services in a way that infringes the rights of any company or other third party;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of the Platform.

Company names, tickers, exchange listings, and other identifying information shown on the Platform refer to real companies and are used for identification purposes only — this doesn't imply any relationship with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those companies. We don't host or redistribute any company's logo or other registered brand assets — companies are represented using generated geometric icons rather than official logos. The Make Sure I Know It name, logo, generated icons, and original platform content are our property and may not be used without permission.

If you request a new map or submit feedback on an existing one, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to verify, edit, reject, or remove any submission at our discretion.

Some features are offered through a paid subscription (for example, the Pro plan). Pricing is shown on our pricing page and may be displayed in your local currency. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, DodoPayments, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles billing and any applicable taxes. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge for your chosen plan.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we don't provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused access. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll review it.

We may change subscription prices or plan features; any change to your recurring price will apply from the next billing period after we notify you. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, your statutory rights are not affected by this section.

The Platform and the information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Supply chain maps are compiled from public sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors — we don't guarantee their completeness or accuracy, and they shouldn't be relied on as the sole basis for any business, investment, or legal decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Make Sure I Know It will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any data obtained through it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
